This year is going to have some of the most anticipated books on my list. To say that I’m excited would be an understatement. Just for the month of January, I managed to compile a list of 12 books that I’m looking forward to.Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | January 2019”
Months are flying so quickly! Just “yesterday” I posted my most anticipated releases for the month of June and now it’s already the 1st of July. Somehow time has been escaping me this year. Any tips on how to make it go slower? *idea for a new blog post *wink*
July will be a great month because my most anticipated book of the year – Nyxia Unleashed by Scott Reintgen will be coming out on July 17th and I was incredibly lucky to receive advanced readers’ copy of this book! Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | July 2018”
Uhh… I’m not sure how this happened, but I am definitely not complaining!
A combination of birthday wishes (i.e. BOOKS) + seasonal sales (i.e. BOOKS) + gift cards (i.e. BOOKS) results in another huge book haul! And that means I have to finally put my Kindle down and actually start reading my physical TBR.
Less than a month ago, I’ve posted my May book haul with a TBR poll. This time, please comment down below what book should I read first or which one is your favorite! Continue reading “Birthday Book Haul & Book Series Obsession”
These posts are dangerous. Dangerous to my shelves and most importantly my wallet. Just when I thought I would give my wallet and bank account some rest from all the bookish purchases (my birthday was last month and I went a little bit overboard with book orders, oops…) here we are with more exciting new releases. Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | June 2018”
Andy Weir’s «The Martian» was a real boom, especially after the movie starring Matt Damon. I admit that I only learned about the book after hearing so much hype around the movie. The novel was astounding! Emotional, yet incredibly witty. Mark Watney was a delight of a character to follow. Science, jokes, life threatening crises – it had everything!
It was very difficult to not compare «Artemis» to «The Martian», and I must say that this new book was not as good as the previous one. Still very entertaining and full of science, but something was missing. Continue reading “Artemis by Andy Weir | 5 Reasons why I disliked Jazz Bashara”
I’ve been loving this monthly “meme” of mine – looking for new releases, see what everyone else is excited about and just staying on top of the bookish market. So of course October was not going to be an exception and here I am once more to list all of the new books I am the most excited about!
We had a massive influx of new and exciting books in September, and October is kind of falling behind, not being able to weigh up to September’s hype. But that is alright, we, readers, do need calmer months to make sure we have the time to read ALL OF THOSE BOOKS! Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | October 2017”
Publishers are slowly awakening from their summer holidays and that means we will receive more and more amazing titles each month! I feel like August will be a great month when it comes to new releases. I am definitely looking forward to a handful of them! Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | August 2017”
This is my first experience reading a David Bell book and, honestly, I enjoyed it! For a book of almost 500 pages, it reads very quickly because it is impossible to take a break as there are still so many mysteries to unravel!
