Many people begin the new year with clearing their bookshelves, to purge and make room for all the new releases of 2019. I, however, am still not ready to give away my books.

Since my last haul in July 2018, I’ve accumulated another 17 books, featured below:

Uhh… I’m not sure how this happened, but I am definitely not complaining!
A combination of birthday wishes (i.e. BOOKS) + seasonal sales (i.e. BOOKS) + gift cards (i.e. BOOKS) results in another huge book haul! And that means I have to finally put my Kindle down and actually start reading my physical TBR.
Less than a month ago, I’ve posted my May book haul with a TBR poll. This time, please comment down below what book should I read first or which one is your favorite! Continue reading “Birthday Book Haul & Book Series Obsession”
Monthly post on the exciting new releases is finally back!
My To-Be-Read bookshelf on GoodReads has been slowly decreasing in size and that is not acceptable. Maybe I should rename it to “To-Be-Bought” instead? We had a massive influx of new and exciting books in September, and October is kind of falling behind, not being able to weigh up to September’s hype. But that is alright, we, readers, do need calmer months to make sure we have the time to read ALL OF THOSE BOOKS! Continue reading “Most Anticipated Releases | October 2017”
This article will probably be more of a reminder for myself than written for anyone else, but Hey! We need to do all it takes to make sure we don’t spend much on books we won’t even read, right?
I came up with few tips that I have been using myself for few months now and honestly, they work! Continue reading “Book Buying Addiction”
Don’t you love making plans for your summer holidays? Planning where to go, what bikinis to bring to the trip, and most importantly what books to bring with you on that trip you have been waiting on forever?! I certainly do!
However, I have some other things in mind too, things that will make me feel creative, sociable and productive all at the same time while enjoying my summer break.
1. Read books from your school’s reading list.
Yes, you heard me. I don’t know about you, but I loved getting those endless reading lists at the end of each school year, truly believing that I will go to my local library and read them all during the summer… and that never actually happened.
