The book I’m the most excited about is probably «Nevermoor», with the fantasy series coming in the second place. The day it arrived, all I desperately wanted to abandon the book I was reading and start it immediately, and only the strong inner voice made me stick with my planned TBR!

I’m currently reading the ARC of «The Ruin of Kings» by Jenn Lyons, that I received from Pan MacMillan.

How do you feel about unhauls? Have you unhauled books before? Are you planning to? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. I try not to “unhaul” as much as possible. I feel like since I purchased the book, I’m obliged to read it (even just half of it). I think I’d be okay unhauling a book when I realize that I still don’t enjoy my reading experience and that I’ve already reached more than half of the story.

    1. I like that. Trying and then unhauling. However, I’m too much of a hoarder to give my books away 😀 At some point in my life, I’d like to have a separate room as a “home library”, I think my hoarding habit is more than justified by it. 😀

  2. I’d like to try Nevermoor and Children of Blood and Bone this year as well. Nevermoor because of the sense of wonder a lot of folks get from it and I’m just curious about Children of Blood and Bone because of the hype.

    1. «Nevermoor» just arrived by post and I’m trying to stay strong and devoted to the books I’ve already picked for my January TBR, because all I want to do is leave everything else and dive right into «Nevermoor»! The struggle is very real 😀

      1. Lol! Same here. I picked up my copy from the library 2 days ago and I’m so tempted to start it, but I’m trying to be good and read the library books in the order I borrowed them to complete them by their due date.
