December Wrap Up | 2016

Let’s make this quick, shall we?! I read a total of books last month and most of them I’ve already talked about on my blog. Therefore, a quick wrap up will be more appropriate here.

Yes! I finally started «Throne of Glass» series and I loved it! The next book is ordered and will hopefully arrive very soon.

«The Bear and the Nightingale»  was BY FAR THE BEST READ OF 2016! It was whimsical, magical and mysterious. My review for this one is coming out very soon (As soon as I finished the ARC of this book, I instantly went on BookDepository and preordered finished copy!)

Around Christmas I followed my own advise and read a few Christmas Classics – they were absolute treats!

Finally, December was a good blogging months and I would like to share some of my most popular blog posts for the past month (that I am incredibly proud of!):

  • At the beginning of the month I felt inspired to stay organised and productive to be able to complete all pending tasks by the end of the year – this translated in my post about How to Stay on Top of Your Game;
  • Also, to become the new and improved me I needed to start reading more classics. Reading classic fairytales was an easy and relaxed way to get into the habit – Classic Christmas Stories;

December was truly wonderful, magical and very BUSY month! Hopefully, there will be many more just like it in the future ❤

With love,

Alex

  1. I’m so glad you started Throne of Glass! I’ve only read the first book as well but can’t wait to get to the next book. They’re just all so big that I need to find the time.
