You know how much I like mysteries. No! I LOVE mysterious mysteries and thrilling thrillers. I love crime novels with a lot of unanswered questions and then finally you get to the end of the story and EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE.
I love that feeling of unknown and the constant question in my head: “Who did it???” So when I got the chance to feature a new release by Randall Silvis on my blog, I couldn’t say no. Continue reading “Spotlight | «Two Days Gone» by Randall Silvis”
This reading year started particularly well. And one of the reasons had been «Gilded Cage» by Vic James!
I love a good Dystopian novel. Last year around the same time was when I binge read all three books of the Divergent series and it was AMAZING. And this year the pattern repeated itself! It was replaced by Vic James’ new series and it was so SO MUCH BETTER than I expected or even hoped for it to be!
I have a tendency to start “fan girling” over the books I adore and I am not going to apologize for it! Because if I don’t scream from the top of the buildings how AWESOME this book was, how do I get ALL OF YOU TO READ IT IMMEDIATELY?! Exactly! You need to hear me nagging about it over and over again! Continue reading “Gilded Cage by Vic James | Can it compete with Divergent Series?”

Netflix was introduced in my life not so long ago as (A) Portugal is always behind on every major events and (B) I am just like Portugal and usually join the hype train when the hype is completely over in the relevant universe.
Nevertheless, nothing could stop me from binge watching few movies and series, finally realizing how strong is Netflix’ grip on my body and eyes! I am completely hooked and whenever I hear about any new original series coming out I jump right into it without a second thought. Continue reading “Let’s Talk about A Series of Unfortunate Events and how amazing Netflix series are!”
Guys! GUYS! I finally read the first book in Throne of Glass series! And I am completely in love! All I want right now is to run to the closest store and buy all the other books in the series! It was THAT good. Continue reading “New favourite series? | Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas”
Ever since I was little, I used to gather together with friends after dark and tell creepy stories every single Friday the 13th. But WHY? I never knew and honestly never bothered questioning why Friday the 13th was supposed to be the scariest and unluckiest day (or sometimes even days!) of the year.
Is it just superstition? Had anything bad and unexplainable happened to you on Friday the 13th? And WHY FRIDAY?! I love Fridays, no matter what day of the month it is, Friday is always the day we are looking forward to. Continue reading “Why are we afraid of Friday the 13th?”
Where do I even start?! I’ve written about «The Bear and the Nightingale» in so many posts by now! December Wrap Up, Top Reads of 2016. Did I say Thank you?? Thank you! (you can start counting the amount of “thank yous” in this post).
It’s International Thank You Day!!! And I baked you all these «Thank you» cookies!!! (Just kidding, I am not much of a baker except the occasional camembert and even then, I bake them in wrong-size trays). However, on this special day, I would like to thank you all for all the support and amazing feedback on here and on all other social media platforms!
